I want to return a purchased article

It is possible within a period of 14 days to revoke the purchase of items without giving any reason. 

We only need an informal notice of your wish to return, either by eMail or enclosed in the package of the return shipment.

Please send all revoked items with sufficient postage to this address and enclose a cover letter showing the invoice number or order number as well as the revocation:

Processing your return may take up to 10 business days, depending on our workload. We will make every effort to process your return as quickly as possible.

Once processing is complete, we will transfer the purchase amount back to you using the payment method you used when placing your order.

If you wish to order a replacement item, this is possible at any time, regardless of the return.
