I want to return a purchased article

It is possible within a period of 14 days to revoke the purchase of items without giving any reason. 

We only need an informal notice of your wish to return, either by eMail or enclosed in the package of the return shipment.

Please send all revoked items with sufficient postage to this address and enclose a cover letter showing the invoice number or order number as well as the revocation:

Processing your return:

The processing of your return can take up to 10 working days, depending on the workload. We will endeavor to process your return as quickly as possible.

Once the processing is complete, we will transfer the purchase amount back to you using the payment method used when ordering.

If you would like to order a replacement item, this is possible at any time, regardless of the return.

Items excluded from returns:

Unfortunately, we cannot take back all items. The following items are excluded:

1. digital products, e.g. AIP Online, NfL Online, eBooks of any kind, AIR Avionics function licenses, frequency databases, as these are not suitable for return due to their nature.
2. for the delivery of goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs, e.g. individual cables, individually programmed ELT or PLB, individually cut-to-length yard goods.

This is only a summary, our GTC are always decisive.
