We ship to your desired address in favorable conditions. Orders of stock goods that reach us by 11:00 usually ship the same day. 

We ship worldwide. Deliveries to non-EU countries are carried out VAT-free. If you order from an EU country with a valid EU VAT ID, we will also deliver VAT-free. 

Should your order contain hazardous goods in limited quantities, you will be offered hazmat shipping conditions in the ordering process. We always use the cheapest shipping method possible. Hereby, you do not have to fear any legal problems even in case of dangerous goods shipment. We are a certified shipper of dangerous goods and are therefore allowed to ship dangerous goods to you.

Please note that for orders from outside of the EU, in countries like Switzerland, we can only deliver VAT-free if the delivery is done in the country of the invoice address. For delivery addresses in Germany, a tax-free delivery is not possible. We do not carry out tax refunds.

Standard shipping

We ship with DHL Premium. Within Germany, our packages usually take one day to arrive. Neighboring countries are delivered within approximately two days. In third countries (Switzerland, Norway), there are usually no additional customs fees thanks to DHL's Premium Service.

Please note that in some countries, delivery to the recipient is handled by the national postal service (e.g., USPS in the USA).

Shipping Costs

Our shipping costs (excluding applicable VAT) apply to packages of normal weight. For particularly heavy deliveries (e.g., several boxes of oil), we charge additional shipping costs. We will agree on these with you before shipping. If you disagree with the shipping costs, we will grant you an unrestricted right to cancel your order or to select a different shipping method.

Shipping of dangerous goods

The lithium batteries of all common emergency transmitters (ELT) or HALON fire extinguishers for aviation are, among other things, dangerous goods (hazardous materials, HAZMAT). 

The transportation of dangerous goods requires extraordinary measures. Please note that even receiving shipments of hazardous materials may be illegal if the package shipper is not licensed. We are a certified Dangerous Goods Shipper and can legally ship dangerous goods.

When you order dangerous goods from us, we will ship them legally in professional packaging in favorable conditions. Please keep in mind that extended shipping times for hazardous goods (usually up to 5 days longer). In limited quantities, packed dangerous goods (Limited Quantity, LQ) such as spray bottles and some chemical products can sometimes be shipped at discounted rates.
