We ship at favorable conditions to your desired address. Orders of stock goods, which reach us until 15:00 clock, usually ship the same day.
We ship worldwide. Deliveries to non-EU countries are carried out VAT-free. If you ordered from an EU country with a valid EU VAT ID, we will also deliver VAT free.
Should your order contain dangerous goods or hazardous goods in limited quantities, you will be offered in the ordering process hazmat shipping conditions. We always ship with the cheapest possible shipping method. Hereby, you do not have to fear any legal problems even in case of dangerous goods shipment, we are a certified shipper of dangerous goods and are therefore allowed to ship dangerous to you.
Please note for orders from outside of the EU countries like Switzerland, that we can only deliver VAT-free if the delivery is done in the country of the invoice address. For delivery addresses in Germany, a tax-free delivery is not possible. We do not carry out tax refunds.
Shipping costs
We use DHL Premium. Within Germany, our packages have a standard transit time of one day. Neighboring countries of Germany are delivered with a transit time of approx. 2 days. In non-EU countries (Switzerland, UK, Norway), there are usually no additional costs for customs clearance. Our shipping costs (excluding the currently valid value-added tax) can be found here:

Shipping of dangerous goods
Among other things, the lithium batteries of all common emergency transmitters (ELT) or HALON fire extinguishers for aviation are dangerous goods (hazardous materials, HAZMAT).
The transportation of dangerous goods requires special measures. Please note that even receiving shipments of hazardous materials may be illegal, if the shipper of the package is not licensed. We are a certified Dangerous Goods Shipper and are therefore allowed to legally ship dangerous goods.
When you order dangerous goods from us, we will ship them legally in professional packaging at favorable conditions. Please note extended shipping times for dangerous goods (usually up to 5 days longer). In limited quantities packed dangerous goods (Limited Quantity, LQ) such as spray bottles and some chemical products can sometimes be shipped at discounted rates.
