We only work with leading logistics partners, so fortunately it is very rare for deliveries to disappear.
Here we have a small guide that has proven itself in practice:
- Please regularly check the tracking information that was sent to you via eMail. If the tracking status is updated regularly, your package is simply still on its way. It often happens that a parcel has been left with neighbors or in a branch office.
- Unfortunately, it happens that the delivery time is way longer than usual. In Germany, this would be about 1 week, in foreign countries quite longer times. During this time, we ask you to refrain from contacting us or the shipping service provider, as we, unfortunately, have no influence on the shipment.
- If your package does not arrive for a longer period of time and if the tracking information does not provide any information, we ask you to contact us or the shipping service provider. In this case, we will request an investigation, which can take up to 6 weeks.
- For urgent orders, we ask that you repeat the order with an alternative shipping address. We will gladly refund your purchase amount if multiple orders show up with you and you have returned unwanted items.
