What do the delivery time indications (traffic light system) mean? When does my product ship?

On each item in the AIR Store you will find an indication of the delivery time. We have three states (traffic light system):

Available immediately: The item is available in sufficient quantities and it can be assumed, that this can be shipped immediately. 

Low stock: There. Are only a few items left in stock. With high order volume it can happen, that delivery times occur. We always deliver fairly after receipt of the order. If you need the item urgently, order quickly.

Currently out of stock: The Article is currently not in stock in Walldorf

The AIR Store is directly digitally linked to our warehouse in Walldorf. Stocks are synchronized on an hourly basis so that delivery information in the AIR Store is always reliable.

It can happen, especially when stock levels are low, that simultaneous orders take place. In exceptional cases, individual orders can then despite positive delivery time information not be delivered immediately. For this, we ask for understanding. 

We deliver orders normally always consolidated, i.e. only when all articles of a shopping cart are available. Please make sure, if you need articles urgently, that all ordered items are in the state of green or yellow.
